Dear List members,

Can you please throw some light on how do we take into

account both Gochara and Vamshothari dasas while

predicting the events...….what if both are indicating

contradictory results ???…. ....which should be given

more importance and why ???.

Also can you please let me know about which is the

best book for learning more about Gochara...

Thanks & Regards

Raju

Hello Raju.

If they give contradictory results, then you misinterpretated the Dasa.

I tend to get annoyed with the term: "mutiple dasa's confuse readings" this just

goes to show that, we have a lack of understanding in the astrology community to

use other Dasa's than Vimshottari Dasa.

KN Rao and Sanjay Rath have done good work on the subject.

Best wishes, Visti

Hi Raju,

I recommend "Light on Life" by Hart Defouw & Robert Svoboda and "Digital

Astrology" by R.Houck. Great books!

Love,

Dear Raju,

I've found (and have been taught) that what is predicted from vimsottari is

influenced (modified) by transits. If the transits strongly oppose (without

obstruction themselves) good dasas, then the native will (naturally) find

opposition to his desires, efforts, etc arising from vimsottari...

My life is an ocean of the combined influences of the various valid dashas

and gochara. This is how I feel. There is no "verse" in my head around these

as they tickle and unfold my innate universal id card or rasi chart (vargas

included in rasi automatically always- that's how those work).

Just me.

Dear Dasji

Thanks a lot for the info.....what you have mentioned

is very much valuable....I am sure everyone would

agree to the point that in spite of all the

calculations and weightings, it also needs a lot of

intuition and divinely 'Sidhi' to accurately interpret

and predict the combined influences....

Thanks & Regards

Raju
