Guest guest
Hi Just a little more input from a Dopamine watcher on how to do this. Mani, your son should take like 16 of those pills per day I'm sorry to say. So at least 4 teaspoons to 4 tablespoons per day, somewhere in there, on the High GLA Oils. Then, along with it, take aminos. Best is protein rich natural aminos like super blue green algae, or another full spectrum aminor rich food. Live is best, like Wheat Grass Juice, living algae, etc. And take vitamins with it too, the range, but mainly the B's and C. Various minerals aid in production, so them too. So a full spectrum vitamin mineral supplement along with the oil and aminos. Then lastly, DL-Phenyalanine, one of the amino's is special in the Dopamine process, to take it for sure, even a pill of just that, which you can get. Now if you do this, you're giving your body the Dopamine Zap. Now if you are already fine there, you're going to Super Up the Dopamine, which leads to a type of high, and eventually such good feelings of security that it can lead to character delusions, or schizophrenia. So you don't want to go too far. We want to feel good in ourselves, but not so good that our self becomes something beyond and above what it really is. For those of us who need it, the results will be like mentioned: The clowd lifts, the lights come on, you feel powerful again, you feel like you like your life again, everything is OK. So before taking, you should be feeling the opposite- you're not safe, you're not ok, everything is threatening, addictions are attractive, comfort is nowhere ever to be seen or felt, life sucks. This is the mind of a Dopamine Deficient person. It's not "them". It's a "Dis-ease" which can be cleared. Other totally different scenarios, including manic, bipolar, etc., are all something else. They take different foods. The Dompamine needy person also benefits from: Doing anything and everything which underlines self worth and removes the over deification of all other things. The Dopamine deficient person feels seriously unwanted. So as they heal, they should assume they are wanted. So for example, coming out and socializing helps, not gawking at the objects of desire helps, because you have to undo the negative conditioning. Undoing a dopamine lack is dietary, but can be followed by these supportive behavioral changes. Be POWERful. You have forever given away your power. Self belief, self love, self worthiness, need to all be restored to fullness. Positive affirmations in these areas are important. Then, importantly, give up disempowering belittleling people or things. Stop seeing yourself as less. Get rid of that vibe. Start seeing your value, and so on. It's a reversal of many negative trends mentally. Other receptors need other diet, and other affirmations. Sometimes, usually, a lack in one will lead to a lack in others, due mainly to the things one does to fix the first one, things which create new problems. Like drugs. They create new receptor problems. They are quick fixes, with high price tags, like everything quick. In all cases, the basic building blocks of health are needed and help. These are: Good quality and rich diet, diverse, raw, natural, living, light cooked, healthy No junk, in any form, into any hole of your body, no junk food, no junk viewing, no junk listening, no junk lighting (eyes), no junk associates, etc. Uplift and purify and strengthen your life overall as best you can. It will create upward energy which will drive this into a positive cycle going up instead of down. Excercise. Of course. The body must have it's systems all moving in order to move new nutrients into place, remove old crap you swallowed, remove the things stored from past bad habits, bad thoughts, bad vibes. Carefully examine your life. Be honest, open, and real with yourself. Look at everything carefully. Do you really want things the way they are. Anything you can start to work on? Examine your feelings constantly. Get to know the REAL YOU. Find out who you really are. Maybe you really are that artist, that model, that worker, that lover, that politician, or renegade, or mystic...whatever you really are...then find that and love it. Be yourself. Find yourself. Rejunination: All the things that are self loving, give them a try. Massage, this or that therapy, time off, meditation, hot baths, new clothes, whatever, all of it, as much you can, rejuninate, again-attain-youthfulness. Pray to your own God. You are something. After you find yourself, you will know your path, your path has an aim, that aim has a deity, talk to your deity, achieve the aim of your path, meet your deity. Move on. Attainment is rewarding. The reward is in the attainment. Believe in your aims. Go for them. At least love yourself even if attainment is impossible. Clearing/Emerging: Add ritual to your life. Rituals are external reaffirmations of internal beliefs and they are very empowering and clarifying. Also, allow light workers to work on you. Give yourself over to caring light workers of all types as per how Divinity guides you. But, avoid cults or even any ongoing relationships that are at all difficult. In times of healing, especially a Dopamine deficiency, which relates directly to self worth feelings, abandonment, feelings of safety, boundaries, violations of boundaries, so basically, you are not really ready for a relationship until you are Dopamine balanced. Any light worker cults of any type should be avoided. Cults are addictive by definition. Because Dopamine relates to peace, safety, love, boundaries, etc., it's good to be really good to yourself and protect yourself. Keep your head down a bit, don't be needy. Stay focused, give yourself nice comforting environs as best you can. Soft music, but not sad music (that's hard for me. I love sad music). etc etc Catch the wave, and you're sitting on top of your power. Thought these notes might help others. trutype postscript: I'm a real beginner on the path of goodness
