Guest guest
Hi Donna, I started to get migraines when I started to drink caffeine. So, once I stopped, so did the migraines. Not one migraine since I cleaned the caffeine from my system, some time ago now. I did it to myself twice, not believing I couldn't have an espresso like I see so many having, but won't do it again. Very tough, I'm sorry that you are dealing with them. Prim rose oil did help them, but they are gone completely by stopping the caffeine. I think quite often they are caused by an allergy, whether to caffeine or something else. And many more suffer them from caffeine than they realize. If their sensitivity to caffeine is not incredibly high, like mine was, it's easy to not realize the connection. Because I often run into questions regarding this, I recently picked up a book called "An Alternative Medicine Definitive Guide to Headaches," by Robert Milne, M.D., and Blake More, with Burton Goldberg. I haven't yet read it fully, but it has a complete coverage on symptoms, causes, and treatments. - Even a 'Master Symptom Chart - At a Glance'. All different 'types' of headaches and migraines with all their causes, along with what to do about them. Best regards, Patrice I
