Guest guest
Evening Primrose Oil and St John's Wort are very good for treating mild depression and ladies' problems i.e. PMT, menopause, swings of mood, etc. and I agree that St John's Wort doesn't do a thing for migraines. Two questions come to mind: 1. Is it possible to see from a chart that a person is likely to be a migraine sufferer, and what are the indicators? 2. Are there any Ayurvedic treatments for the relief, or cure, of migraines? Hope someone can answer that. Guest guest
Namaste Raghu: I'm just coming back from IBIZA , that's my first post in two month . Let me add something more ,remember that what works today,it may not work tomorrow, whatever approach to reduce Vata, is a priority, So if you expect that there will be a magic formula to combat deppression or whatever other Rogha, WRONG. Unfortunatly this is the world of Maya and she knows how to trick the mind, then Vata will find the way to manifest in any other way. In any case any DIGESTIBLE oil will help, but only help not cure. best wishes Chai....
