I have the birth details of October 1988, when Scorpio is just setting and Sagittarius is rising. Saturn was in Sagittarius then. The child had the umbilical chord coiled around his neck, perhaps necessitating a scessarian birth that may otherwise have been a normal delivery. In case Sagittarius having Saturn posited therein is taken as the lagna, navamsa will be that of Aries, while in the case of Scorpio the navamsa will be Pisces. Any suggestions whether the lagna is Sagittarius or Scorpio ?
