I have a client with a similar problem. I put her on a formula by

Banyan Botanicals {1-800-953-6424} called Digestive Ease. A Pitta

pacifying diet to stop the problem as quick as possible and after

evaluation a Pitta/Vata pacifying. mostly basmati rice, cook vegetables,

Ghee & cooling herbs. {kichadi diet} I usually don't start treatment

before evaluation but she was desperate and diarrhea { if not stop

quickly } can be a serious problem. electrolytes, malabsorption et. You

I'm interested to know how you assess the problem as being Pitta

related...would you mind sharing how you came to that conclusion. As I see

it the native in Ann's query has an obvious Vata vrikriti. Venus tightly

conjunct Rahu and both in Rahu's nakshatra (Rahu being strongly Vata)

suggests the problem to be Vata imbalance...in particular the subdosha

"Samana Vata". I'm quite curious as to how you reached your conclusion.

Venus as dispositor of (Pitta) Sun perhaps?
