Incidentally Rahu is in the rasi of Venus star of Jupiter and sub of Sun. Venus is giving the effect of 12th house though in lagna and Jupiter is in the 7th house as lord of 4rth and 7th. Though Moon being in the star of Jupiter completes your desire for education , but its 1st priority will be for the house where it is placed. So I assume that settlement of Marriage and admission in higher education are simultaneous for you. Venus sub period is fertile for this . Venus is in operation from march and it is upto 15.6.2001. Sun is moving in Aries and Venus star . Let it move in Taurus sign and Rohini star. that could be the period of your admission . Rahu's so close ness to the Moon is not desirable for your mind.
