Hello Shashank,

The birth time calculation does not require the time and date of copulation,

however two methods have been given for finding the time of conception from

birth time. Time of conception and time of copulation may not be same. As

time of copulation means , fall of sperm , whereas time of conception will

mean actual meeting of sperm with the egg.

Parashra method is Add the distance from Mandi to Sun to the distance from

first to 9th house. The Sun in terms of signs etc. counted backward

represents in terms of months the interval between the time of birth and

time of conception.Reverse of it will give ., what you require.

This is described by Raman in his book Studies in Jamini Astrology.

By KP methods , we don't need time of conception, I will demonstrate , how

can we calculate the birth day or time on some real case . a case which was

posted wrongly by Mani on the list , which was meant for private mail, I

will use that to demonstrate that how we can find out the month of

conception and date and time of birth of issue.

With regards,

Inder Jit Sahni
