astro signatures for vegetarianism: Rahu in the 2nd!!

Hey Folks:

 

Just though I'd revisit our discussion a fwe weeks ago -- not

'vegetarianism uber alles', but the good stuff -- with a chart of a recent

acquaitance. The neat thing is she's been veggie for 12 years or so, and a

vegan for the last 6 years. Her data is Apr 16 1970 2.07 pm CST McHenry,

IL 42n21 88w16 Lo and behold, she has Rahu in the 2nd in Aq(Cap rising).

The best explanation I can find for this is that her Rahu is pretty good:

it is aspected by Jupiter and a waxing but somewhat afflicted Moon and gets

no aspects from malefics. Dispositor Saturn is fallen in Aries but it's

lagnesh so some forgiveness should be forthcoming. It's also neecha as

Sat's dispositor Mars is in kendra to the Moon. Saturn is also conjuncted

by yogakaraka Venus and 9L Mercury. Overall, a pretty happy Rahu.

 

Probably, 2L Saturn has as more to do with her satvic eating style than her

happy Rahu. Saturn in Aries is fallen (oops) but it's helped a lot by

aspects from Jupiter, 9L Mercury and YK Venus. So that's alot of good

wholesome vibes there to push a person towards holy eating patterns.

 

It's worth mentioning that she is estranged from her family and it's split

up all over the place. Her father died years ago, her step father has

never liked her and she has no relationship with her step siblings. Her

mother and her also don't get along that well. So there's Rahu in the 2nd

and then there's *Rahu* in the *2nd*!

 

So the moral of this story is: don't let simple planetary placements fool

you. Even Rahu in the 2nd can produce a vegetarian.
