In another list someone wrote that navamsa chart is telling something about next life. Excuse me please if it is a stupid question, I am only a beginner ! Guest guest Posted April 7, 2001 Report Share Posted April 7, 2001 Gisela, The navamsa tells you the most about your relationships,so debilitated planets there affect the relationships shown by the house and signs they occupy,as well as weaken the indications for the planet in the rasi.Do not overfocus on this one factor,consider all the other sources of planetary stength and weakness.Some say the navamsa is more the energy of your soul which you progressively manifest more fully in this incarnation as you spiritually progress.I have only worked with this a little,but it makes some sense to me.Dave Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

As I posted before, I have debilitated Moon in 7th in Navamsa. Moon is 6th Lord in Rasi and also in 7th in Rasi. Could that mean also that marriage is kind of rough on the health? Oddly, I delayed marriage as long as I could because I saw being a girlfriend as fun (5th lord Mercury in 10th aspected by exalted Jupiter), but wife as work. And it is work. Oh, also, I work for my husband's company. My mother worked for my father; still does. Guess if you have a debilitated planet in Navamsa you will learn to detach from your desires somewhat in that area of your life. In my case Moon is in a Kendra from Venus (in Taurus) in Navamsa, it is a struggle that way. I still want to be the fun girlfriend not the drudge wife! It would be interesting to hear people who have debiltated planets in rasi and various vargas write in and discuss how they affect their lives. I've got venus in oldage in 10th in her own sign in rasi, and in navamsa it is in 12th debilated in virgo. What could that mean to my life ? I have got a profession- it was not difficult to get there? But it is not a "venusian" or third house profession. And I should like to change ... but not to go to isolation (12th house) The other debilated planet in navamsa is mars. In rasi it is in second in virgo with ketu. I earn my money with teaching language (and I love languages but not teaching). My speech and words can be rather offensif ... In navamsha it is in 10th with moon (vargottama ) in cancer. Mars is in the star of Mercury and in Cancer sign but 7th cusp; it might have given you good education, you might have changed your line of action from one field to another. Jupiter or Mercury sub period was good to your father to acquire property. You are lucky enough to get the response of astrologers in all the groups you joined.
