Dear Inder Jit Sahni,

here I give you my statement about the murder case and I must add that I´m

totally unexperienced in juristic matters, astologically.

My investigation bases on apr. 9. the possible day of sentence and my

opinion is, that the man will get some punishment.

1.) Saturn, a malefic for scorpio risings is directly opposite to his

ascendant.

2.) Mars, his dasaruler is on 29°43 scorpio , directly in a sextile with

natal rahu and in a trigone with natal ketu in his 5th, giving some

restrain , in this case: problems with authorities.

3.) Mars is directly opposite to his arabian part of (un)fortune.on 29°30

taurus.

4.) Mars is directly forming a square to his 02-Hora rahu and ketu on 29°32

leo.

5.) In 04 - Chaturtamsa (Luck and Residence) rahu is on 29°05 gemini (8th),

ketu on 29°05 sagittarius, (2th).

6.) mars is directly in square to 30-Triamsa (Miseries and troubles) - Pluto

on 29°44 aquarius. Also with 40.Kavedamsha ( Auspcious/Inauspcious) - moon

on 29°27 aquarius .

So, his lagna ruler is highly involved.

7.) Bhuktiruler mercury, another malefic for scorpions is debilitated in

pisces about 11° on apr. 9.2001, activating the KP- housecusps of his 6th

(11°26 aries) , making a 30°-aspect, and making a quinkunx to his 12th of

imprisonment (11°18 libra) .

8.) Navamsa lagna, leo is within 11°21 , also forming a quinkunx with

transit mercury and navamsa jupiter (11°04 capricorn).

9.) Triamsa - saturn on 11°58 scorpio is directly forming a square with

transit mercury.

10.) Antardasharuler venus, ruler of his 7th and 12th rasi-houses transits

retrograde its house of exaltation: 10°07 pisces, closely conjunct by

mercury and combust by transit sun.

11.) This 10° - point has been activated before by several newmoons, beeing

all about 10° in several signs; the last before sentence was on march, 25.

exactly on 10°35 pisces!

Regard natal neptune in his 12th on 10°17 libra. Could he get up to a bit of

no good for his 12th house jupiter? Keep in mind that his 12th house holds

only 16! bindus, thats catastrophic for him. ( Perhaps it is better for

society).

12.) Transit -AC for the morning of april 9. is about 25° taurus within

60°to transit-sun on 25°34 pisces. Please take notice about this degree of

25, having been activated before by several fullmoons! First fullmoon after

birth was eclipsed on 25°44 virgo, directly opposite to transit sun on april

9th and within 90° to transit-Ceres on 25°03 sagittarius!

13.) The arabian part of imprisonment is in his 8th rasi house directly

forming a square with his scripati 12th-house-begin and another square with

04-Chaturtamsha-sun, (Luck and Residence). Last station of venus took place

on march 9. with 23°57pisces directly opposite to his 12th-house cusp!

14.) Sagittarius, as beeing the natural house of luck and of judgement goes

to be his 8th ( so beeing his 12th of the 9th!) house in transit on

trial-day and contains ketu, Ceres, Chiron ( in opposite to his arabian

transitpoint of most dangerous year) ; his transit arabian point of

(un)fortune. The transit arabian point of sickness (19°26) has been replaced

by natal Gulika (19°36 sagittarius) in his rasi chart.

15.) His Kakshya Transits Bindus on april 9. are quite poor, giving only 3

bindus for jupiter, mars and venus.

 

There could be two surprises on this day, beeing difficult for me to deal

with:

First, transit uranus changes his sign and goes in the killer´s 4th house.

Could that mean deeply changings of residence or a surprising sentence?

Secondly: transit neptune is in the person`s 9th transithouse and within

120° to his transit jupiter. Should either my calculations be deceived or

the killer`s hopes?
