Yes, that's true- and a good thing is that it's been widely accepted- the

discovery of Kirlian photography,

left no doubt, in scientifically circles in particular, since he had found a

technical means to prove the existence of "aura"- that it is the fact of life,

ridiculed for so long as we all know.

The second part of your post:"I'd rather master what is visible and in the

future, and when thats done, surely making predictions on the astral body would

be a big plus for predictive purposes.."

Kirlian photography is very available now, very affordable, too- and it is the

most visible and very "big plus', as you said for, for both understanding and

prediction purposes...The colour(s) of "aura" DO change first- before the actual

changes in one's life take place, aand that corresponds to progressions,

transits etc..- I've done my own photos of aura couple of times, as have some of

those I know- it's absolutely amazing! And it's available- why don't take

advantage of technical

progress( as say, computer and Internet are- this is like that, for me).

Anna

Namaste.

The Astral body is the energy surrounding the body, invisible to the human

eye.

Judging the effects of the Astral body, you can time the changes in it, and

see its different colors, and postures, also known as the colors of the Aura.

This Astral Body would be more receptive towards changes in the psyche, and

events surrounding the person.

I have not mastered this part of interpretating, as i'd rather master what is

visible and in the future, and when thats done, surely making predictions on the

astral body would be a big plus for predictive purposes. The astral body is

undoubtedly the best image of the Soul we can get. A person with the Bhava Lagna

in Lagna is very strongly connected with the soul, and able to feel their astral

body move.

Best wishes, Visti.

Thank you, Visti, for your very useful comments. It was particularly

interesting for me to learn of the specific use of the Bhava Chakra but can

you please explain what you mean by "making interpretations of the Astral

Body"? I have never come across this idea before.

Dear Visti and others,

Namaste.

This is not an astrology post, but rather a public service message.

That so-called aura photo you have is *not* a Kirlian photograph but rather

a cleverly marketed New Age gimmick. I fell for it myself once.

Actual Kirlain photographs are made my making direct contact with the

special photographic film and high voltage electricity is applied and you

see rays of light emanated from a dark field.

The aura photographs the New Age shops advertise is a galvanic skin response

measurement taken from the hands put on special plates and cleverly

converted to color by a computer and superimposed on a Polaroid photo of the

head and torso. As, the photographer next time, she/he will agree.

Galvanic skin response has to due with the amount of moisture/sweat on your

hands not your aura.

Best Wishes,

Dear Karen,

Thanks! I have often seen these Aura photographers at esoteric fairs and have

avoided them. I knew it was junk, but never really dared to speak openly about

it in esoteric circles! All sorts of things are measured and photographed these

days, but even the honest attempts are suspect, for what is registered is very

uncertain.

I know any number of people who claim to be able to see spirits, feel "energies"

etc. I am always sceptical about this. I´ve had very clear demonstrations of the

existence of such faculties, but they are rare. Two kinds of people seem to

really have them: very highly spiritually advanced, or very naive and ignorant

of such faculties as such! If one attends seminars which claim to teach how to

acquire such powers, the same thing happens as does after a "sect meeting"! The

leader asks the participants to relate their experiences during some excercise

they have made. Some enthusiastic person babbles out, reports great feelings and

perceptions. Then one after the other the others start talking about their

experiences. but soon one asks, "Are they speaking the truth, or are

inventing because they are ashamed of not having experienced anything special at

all?"

If such seminars were conducted on the basis "Money back if you don´t succeed!",

the reports may well be very different!!!

regards

Mani
