Debilitated planets require you to be more aware and conscious of these

planetary energies.You must bring greater intelligence into your use of these

positive planetary potentials.You must also consider the overall role these

planets play in your chart,not just whether they are debilitated or have some

cancellation of debility.Debilitated planets indicate areas where maturity

and wisdom must be gained,obstacles must be faced.You must also study the

varga charts to get the full picture of the lessons debilitated planets

present.While a planet may be debilitated in the rasi,it may be exalted in

some varga and be an asset in that area of life.Be sure to check out the

navamsa and nakshatra positions of deblitated planets to get clues to the

spiritual lessons they contain.Carefully evaluate other factors of stength

for deblitated planets,before you come to a final conclusion.Learn to focus

also on the stengths in your chart as a whole.From my own experience of a

debilitated mars,I do struggle a little bit with weight gain,laziness,lack

of focus,and being spread too thin. i do prefer peace , over conflict,however

mars is in the fifth ruling the 9th and 2nd in the nakshatra of pushyami,in

the 11th in the navamsa.Mars is also conjunct sun,ketu,retrograde mercury.Sun

and ketu weaken and spiritualize mars,mercury strengthens mars.The vargottama

moon which rules mars is strong and in mutual reception with mars.Due to this

strong mutual reception and mars as ruler of both D9 and D10,I work as an

expert engineering witness,arbitrator,technical trainer.I have had my own

company for 15 years,which has been very successful.So mars in pushyami has

brought prosperity,but I do stuggle with some of the mars issues I

descibed.Debilitated sun is always searching for something more in their

relationships with others,and would do well to discover their relationship to

their own soul and to be grounded in the world.Debilitated moon is moore

material,but moon in scorpio stimulates breaking thru and being able at its

highest to sacrifice material desire,it is emotionally difficult because you

tend to get stuck in the fixed energy.Debilitated venus causes you to over

analyze your relationships,but gives good skills with money. Regards Dave
