Guest guest
Hi, yesterday i saw on British TV a prog about astrology in which they gave the news that in the past 2 weeks, astrologers are talking about the huge donation given by somebody to help British universities to teach astrology. It is only £½ million (+/- $3/4 million) but it is something. Western astrologers have been fighting hard to promote astrology for the past 300 years and vedic in the west is about 30 years old. Lets hope that soon we are going to see astrology recognized by universities in the west and that vedic astrology will follow as well. There is not time to discuss which ayanamsa we should follow in vedic cos the debate will continue for ever, but eventually some vedic astrologers will be recognized by their works. We already have computer wizards doing amazing programes, we have excellent teachers, authors and positive predictions have hit the headlines. Dr B.V. Raman may not be with us anymore but his books have inspired many to follow his path. I can see a future in which western vedic astrologers and of course our Indian comrades, will become experts in astrology related to medicine, architecture, agriculture, meteorology and predictive, to name few. Archeology is a branch of knowledge wich needs vedic astrologers to decipher their findings. Already there are news connected to the Incas showing that they used to follow the conjunction of Saturn & Jupiter. Viracocha was a title given to their kings and Saturn in their mythology is Viracocha. Mithology is a safe code to protect knowledge from enemies of progress. And most of the mithology in the world is connected to the planets. Once the key is found, we will be able to study their message. natabara
