Guest guest
Dear Inder Jit Sahni Please forgive me for my slow response. My typing skills is like a turtle eating a carrot and my time on the computer is quit limited; to much work you know! Iv talk to a lot of people in life who were knowledgeable, Iv talk to a lot of people who are wise and Iv also meet many who are humble. But to converse with someone who as cultivated all three attributes is a rare treat for me. I commend you Sir. Your logic and reasoning for the use of Ayanamsa is sound and I think I will follow your system to see if it works for me. Your reasoning clears up the conflict of two great souls in the same lineage use different Ayanamsas for me. As my friend Visti would say " The answer is in the understanding" and I know he's right, but to be raised in a western environment [objective point of view] doesn't exactly cultivate the mind to easily see eastern philosophy. [subjective point of view]. especially when it's in sanskrit and clouded in methodology. It's like trying to stop a run away freight train with the color blue! I wish to Thank You for you gracious help, you've been most kind, Sir! God Bless you my friend ...................Noel
