Trying with your given data ; and applying KP Let us do it with Yogini.

Birth is in Cancer,

Ascendant is 20 degree 48 minutes 50 seconds.

As health is a concern of Ascendant , calculate Yogini for this point.

You will get Main Mars and sub ruled by Saturn;

Now health Nature all will be shown by this sub lord Saturn.

Saturn is a bad lord.

Saturn is placed in a badhka place(11th for Moveable , 9th for Fix and 7th for

Dual Ascendant)

A planet which is in the constellation of planet placed in badhka rashi is most

dangerous for health matters.
