Guest guest
Hello Noel, On combining different dasha System ;was an article in Astrological Magazine in two parts in March 2000 and May 2000 issue. In may 2000 issue the learned editor has written that " There is a feeling amongst certain sections of astrological thought that the best results can be obtained by combining different Dasha Systems. For this a chart is first analyzed using the Vishmotary Dsah system and then the conclusion is sought to be confirmed using some other Dasha system. For example ashtotary or Yogini Dasa system is applied to the same chart and if the interpretation concurs under both systems , it is taken as final. Such an approach is open to inbuilt contradiction." THE CONCLUDING PARA SAYS "Yogini Dasa lords cannot explain the results as clearly as the Vishmotary dasa lords. Of course one swallow does not make a summer.Nevertheless , this and several other cases have shown the greater accuracy of Vishmottary dasha over other Dasha systems in our humble experience.________ Applying different Dasa system to the same chart can help to unravel their scope as well as limitations in comparison to Vimshottary Dasa.'' Members are aware that I use Krishnamurty system and this system uses Vishmotary Dasha system with great accuracy , applying the lordship of Nakashtra to constellation of the Cusps to a chart ; an KP astrologer can give different reading for a birth of as short as of one minute difference. This all lies in the strength of Vishmotary Mahadasha . Krishnamurty followed this and the system has become a success. One rule which Krishnamurty has described and others had missed that Transit and Dasa results must match. Nothing should supercede one another. If it is so either the time of birth is wrong or Ayanansha is wrong. Different Ayanasha is another negative point in Vedic astrology as different house systems in Western . It some times comes to my mind that every successful astrologer has tried to give his own Ayanasha out of Proud to keep his name and to confuse the followers of Vedic system of Astrology. Even Krishnamurty has done the same. But he is more clear. So I will suggest you to use Vishmotary Mahadasha and not to confuse yourself in other Dasha systems. I am not the most advance; It is my humble approach to your problem. Inder Jit Sahni
