Without being too intrusive, I wonder if it would be possible for you to give an event or two from his life. I'm a bit skeptical of the birth time and would like to check it against a family move, a marriage or something like that. Using the onset age of 20, I'm thinking that his birth time may well be up to 15 mins earlier. One reason I'm a bit skeptical is that there are no close aspects with the angles in the D-6 chart for health. For a significant disease, I think there ought to be something more, like Jupiter aspecting Asc. Still, Scorpio rashi lagna seems correct, especially with 5th lord Jupiter retrograde in the 6th conjunct Moon aspecting the Sun. 6L Mars aspects Venus/Ketu in Lagna as well.
