Guest guest
Dear Mani, For awhile there I thought you had 'diplomatic immunity'!. This may be sheer contrariness on my part, but having read Lolita, I was not left with the impression that she was conscious of her role as seductress. It's a gristly issue to chew on. I look forward to many more of your musings, Ann.

Hi! It was more diplomatic silence that protected me for a while! But Dasji did shield me. You are dead right. For Lolita it was "fun", playing woman and enjoying the consequences. For the STEP-father it was not easy, but he succumbed. This is a problem in cases of child-abuse: where it occurs with tenderness and not violence, or bought by giving gifts, as long as no threats are invoved and no severe injury occurs, it is very difficult to detect it. In practice as well as in a horoscope, unless the astrologer is a great expert, I guess. This happens more frequently than one suspects and is indeed a very unsavoury matter! regards Mani
