Regarding hearing evil voices it is a known psychic phenomenon that appears in

every culture on earth. The cause of it can be either mental illness or a so

called possesion. However, in most of the cases it is only about 10% that it is

a mental problem.

 

According to the Vedas, we live in a multi-dimensional universe. There are

dimensions that we can not perceive with our 5 senses but those that have a 6th

sense developed, is able to perceive them. In Latinoamerica, we have brujos &

brujas, or medicine people and among Red indians we have shamans that are able

to deal with the interaction of dimensions.

 

I have seen cases of possesion and it is not a joke, it is a serious problem

that can happen to people "open" to those dimensions. In the West, the

Spiritual Church have members capable of dealing with those cases and even the

Church of England and the Vatican have trained priests to deal with it. One of

the most known remedial measures is exorcism and the education of how to "close"

oneself to those entities.

 

In the case you mention of Libra rising with Venus in the 12th with ketu, we

have a daridra yoga and a tantra yoga. The word yoga when applied to astrology

means a planetary combination. Daridra means "poverty" and it applies when the

owner of the ascendant is in the 12th house. Tantra yoga happens when Venus is

associated with either Rahu or Ketu. Tantra means procedure, either for good or

for bad. Just like we have white (good) brujos and black (evil) brujos, there

are left handed (bad) and right handed (good) tantrics. The more close Venus is

with Ketu, the more the powers of this yoga to cause either good or bad. In the

course of our professional life, sometimes we make mistakes or abuse our talents

or powers and therefore we suffer a reaccion either in the same life or in the

next, to pay for those weaknesses. It is possible that the person with that

tantra yoga has pshychic powers but does not know how to control them and

therefore becomes "open" to attacks or possesion from invisible and evil

entities. Experts could teach that person how to "close" himself/herself to

external forces and at the same time work out some prevention and "cure". In

many cases, Venus with Ketu can give pshychic powers like clariaudience which is

seated in the chakra of the throath and ruled by Venus. Because in this case,

Venus and Ketu are in the 12th house, those powers should be diverted to charity

and renunciation but it tells of the possible attacks from hidden enemies

(invisible entities perhaps).

 

A note of warning. There are expert people to deal with pshychic problems but

there are also charlatans like in any other profession.
