Beginner, newbie, novice, neophyte, rookie, etc...

Hello Everyone,

 

I hope this get to everybody. I just hit the reply

button. I tried to email to gjlist with a

mail failure. So here goes!

 

I want to learn Vedic astrology. I have no experience

in astrology at all. I have had a Vedic astrologer

read my chart at the ISKCON temple in Denver. He sort

of suggested to look into Vedic astrology or

numerology. I forgot what he said about my chart

concerning this subject.

 

I have been peering into the discussion of this group

for about a week. I saw that some books to start with

are Vedic Astrology by Gale Dreyer, Beneath A Vedic

Sky by Levacy. I notice that this was in response to a

western astrologer. Are these beginning books? I would

like some advise if you all don't mind a newbie.

 

I am waiting for my chart to be sent to me by Das

Goravani. I found this group on his web site. I have

started to read his lessons. What a wonderful person.

Oh yeah, I forgot, he reads and responds to this

group. I don't want to embarrass you.

 

Any help would be useful.
