Guest guest
Dear Natabarji, Dandavats. Thank you for your post and the many educational posts of the past. As a beginner I am fortunate to have access to the wealth of knowledge I find available on this list. God bless you all. I agree with you that we are not all ready for spiritual shelter as the ultimate solution to our problems. Still, ready or not, we should move in that direction. Whatever progress we make in that way becomes our eternal asset. A gemstone talisman, regardless of of it's relative power, will one day be lost. As a side note regarding finding a suitable citrine for your client... evidence of heat treatment in yellow quartz (citrine) is undetectable. I would therefore question the reliability of any one who tells you the stone has not been burned. Unless, of course they dug it out of the ground themselves, or bought it from the guy who did and had the rough crystal cut and polished. Guest guest
Dear Sarva, I was not aware of stones such as citrine being burned. Are others such as carnelian, green peridot, moonstone etc. burned as well? What is this process and what does it consist of?
