Bush went to Mexico to talk to the Mexican President and gave an explanation of why the US & UK planes bombed Bhagdad. Bush became President on 20 january 2001 at 12:12:25 Wahington City. Civilians should be respected. Wars in our days have "co-llateral damage" means "civilian casualties" It is interesting that the Phillipines have a new president that took over few hours before Bush became president. Both horoscopes, the one for the US & the Phillipines have similar planets. On 15 February, the news came that ex-president of Phillipines is appealing against his dismissal and President Bush withdraws the US support for an International Court of Justice.
