Lalia, I got this web page which explains how the Supreme Court practically

broke the law of the land. I know it is long but worth to read to understand

the rules in america and the abuse of power.

In Bush's oath chart, the moon is in nech-bhanga & under papakartari, indicating

the doubts, insecurity & anxieties of people. The 9th house rules the law

system of the country & represented by Jupiter which is associated with Saturn

lord of the 10th (government) & 11th (friends & income). So we have a

dharma-karma-dipathi yoga (Ju+Sa), perhaps indicating in this case that the law

system put Bush in power. The problem is that Ju is also lord of the 12th

spoiling to a certain extent the DK yoga. And with the Moon (the mind of the

population) opposite to Ju + Sa, may be telling us that people are going to

question the legal system.

 

As astrologers, we are trained to detect when one of us make mistakes. In a

similar way, lawyers are trained to see the abuse of power or mistakes in their

collegues. We may not understand the legal system cos a lack of training but if

we consult the experts we can open our eyes. And if we study international

politics, we can see that every country relies on their legal system for social

estability. When their lawyers see that an abuse of power happens in another

country, diplomatic caution is ensued. My feeling is that the Supreme Court of

the most powerful country on earth, used & abused their position and a heavy

reaction is likely to happen, even if the Bush administration tries to keep

people sweet with the anti-abortion measures or the reduction of taxes.

 

Regarding the <<California power crisis emergency measures>> i have heard that

it is possible that it is a political move to chastise California & to bring

most of their companies to work in Texas & Florida. We are observing here a

battle between republicans & democrats & later on we are likely to see battles

within those parties.

 

Here in England, the Labour party is trying to win the general elections in May,

cos in only 4 years they have not even started their plans after more than 12

years of Conservative blunders. I do not like either party but Labour is doing

well so far. But does not matter how much money Labour is giving to (example)

the National Health Service (NHS), within the NHS there are lots of doctors,

nurses & staff that are Conservative (rich) and against the poor (secretaries,

caretakers etc.). This means that they want their party back & will do

anything, even to the cost of people suffering, to minimize the merits of the

Labour government. Secretaries tell me that some doctors expend £50 to send

some papers by taxi rather than using the economical snail mail, they expend tax

money in big parties, but they not expend money in new doctors or secretaries.

So, the government is giving money but it is wasted & so the newspapers blame

the government for incompetance. What it is needed is to transplant the brains

of people to make them humans & co-perative with each other rather than fighting

for their party policies.

 

Do you know the song "Born in the USA"? I saw a man here in England wearing a

T/shirt that says "Born In the NHS"
