Case study on the parallax moon.Subject was born on 11/25/1980 at 5:28pm in

Evanston,IL,USA.without parallax correction his moon is 29 gemini,with it is

0 degrees cancer.Since it changes signs one would expect the chandra lagna

chart comparison or vargas to reveal which best matches life events and

Hi Pursottam, The Native born 5:28pm on 11/25/1980 in Evanston,IL USA has

the following life events/characteristics:Schooled at home by mother until

the 5th grade.Excelled in academic studies once entered formal schooling.Not

inclined to play sports,but does like volleyball.Attained the rank of Eagle

Scout in the boy scouts.Loves to play video and role playing games.On

standardized tests the native tests very high for intelligence(eg SAT scores

of 1490 Out of 1600).Interested in religion and philosphy from an early age,a

precocious reader.Has one younger sister born 8/17/1983.Cordial relationship

with sister in early years,but more distant as he grew older.Mother is

divorced,college educated,works at a hospital in an administrative

position.Father is a prominent government engineering consultant.Parents

seperated on 9/24/95,legally divorced on 9/20/96.Paternal grandfather died on

6/2/94.Moved into first house in suburbs on 7/28/1993.He began college at a

private university in late august of 1998.Academic performance has been

poor.Great difficulty with sleep patterns ,anxiety ,and depression,beginning

in the late fall of 98 and becoming worse.Withdraws from school in his second

year ,in October of 1999.Attends community college, and summer school.Re

enters college in Fall of 2000 and switches major from physics to

philosophy.Extremely sensitive and caring individual,very intellectual and

curious.Procrastination a major problem.Some problrms with mother who is

herself depressed.Mother buys new home and native helps with move on

11/22/2000.Mother has gall bladder surgery on 12/15/2000.Native still having

academic performance problems in fall 2000.Ill with a virus for 2 weeks in

October 2000,loses work study job due to oversleeping.

Hi Everybody,

It's a very interesting chart, as not only is the Moon in Rashi sandhi, but

so is the lagna (and with a little rectification this could also be moved a

sign forward!). The kendra's don't appear to be in great danger, and so

while balarishta may perhaps be ruled out (especially with no retrogrades,

or Mrtyu Bhaga grahas), I am very curious about the life so far of the

person, as not only are the Udaya and Chandra Lagna's in Rashi sandhi, but

also the first dasha was that of the Lord of the eighth, and in the

Navamsha, Jupiter is in the eighth conjunct the first Lord (who as a

protective factor does happen to have parivartana with the eighth Lord).

 

So I'm dying to know the native's past :-),

Thanks a lot for the chart and bio. I haven't looked at the chart a lot yet

(just had an exam today), but one thing that did strike me was that despite

being such an intelligent person, since 1998 (parallax = Rahu bhukti), his:

 

"Academic performance has been poor.Great difficulty with sleep patterns

,anxiety ,and depression,beginning in the late fall of 98 and becoming

worse...Some problrms with mother who is herself depressed...Mother has

gall bladder surgery..."

 

IMHO, Rahu in the third afflicting the Rashi Sandhi Moon shows this far

better than, than a Rahu sitting on his own in Cancer in an Upachaya, only

aspected by Mars.
