Namaste dear David!

 

in consulting your friend's chart, i noticed that the sun is in

Gemini, as well as Mercury in Taurus....Not only that but her moon is

in Cancer...

now rememering that Guru and Shani are currently playing about in

Taurus, and occasionally back into Aries....perhaps we might speculate

that this lady is undergoing Sade Sati of the Sun...just started when

Sani worked his way into Taurus....As well, as far as i understand

it, doesn't Shani throw his special aspect "3" Bhavas ahead? In this

case he could be said to be afflicting her natal moon...already before

the Sade Sati on it. Also Rahu is currently transitting her Sun, and

he could be responsible for any number of nasty tricks..especially as

she is running a Venus Rahu Jupiter period right now...and Jupiter is

not considered auspicious for a Person with a Libra lagna. As for

Rahu, well, need we say more....a rahu transit over her sun and

combined with a Rahu Bhukti in the Vimshottari system...sounds like a

possibility of trouble to me....rahu is always trouble as far as i can

see....

Also by using the Jaimini system, one would come up with the

atmaKaraka of Venus, which when placed in the navamsha is in

Virgo,indicating for her a beloved deity associated with Leo, or the

Solar deities... some remedial measures might address that beloved

deity...as the beloved deity is the absolute best protection in this

world.

For a Libra Lagna, Sun is considered Inauspicious, Moon is

Neutral, Mars is inauspicious, Mercury auspicious, Jupiter

inauspicious, Venus auspicious and Sani very auspicious...so one could

say that actually Sani is this lady's "friend", although Sani's

"friendship" often results in a stifled worldly life, with various

constrictions on the juices of life, including money and

enthusiasm...and as Sani and Guru (who is inauspicious!) are currently

in Taurus, the natural second Juicy house of earnedwealth and such

things, one might expect such indications in our own lives, especially

if we are powerfully connected with this bhava as this lady seems to

be. (and as i am)

Also see the earlier postings re: the current feelings of low energy,

bordering on apathy and even illness, expressed by so many members of

this group over the last couple weeks, starting out with Das

Goravani's impassioned and heart-rending plea to the cosmos on

November 9th....he only expressed the feelings that many of us had

been going thru, as i had told him...and perhaps this is more of the

same with your friend.....on the other hand, has she seen a doctor?

 

Other wise as i understand it the best remedy in all cases is

Bhakti, and surrender, and sadhana. Swami Sivananda has said that the

Divine tests most severely those whom She wishes to bless....and that

the test for Bhaktas is often chronic disease and pain....... If she

can connect lovingly, affectionately, longingly with her Beloved

Deity, that would solve all the problems...we Jyotishis (in training

too!!!) are supposed to rely entirely upon our Beloved Deity to

protect us from the influences of the navgrahas.....and the same would

go for any one else.

However i suspect Sani is playing around a lot with this lady, in the

form of Mother Kali...so Perhaps she could develop a relationship with

this beloved Divine Mother? IF She(Sani) is her friend, (as She seems

to be from the above table of planetary friends...then it would serve

to develop a loving relationship as of innocent longing child to the

Mother Kali...who then will stoop lovingly down to pick up Her crying

Child and put her into Her vast universal Lap...just as Ammachi does.

and thus one would cover two needs with one Deity....Shani as Kali

would protect Her loving little child....perhaps life is getting very

difficult because the Divine is now putting pressure upon her to go

within and let her heart unfold in Divine Love? i feel this is what is

happening in my own life.

 

Knowing that you already know all this information, i merely

present it to you to remind you, and ask only that you use what you

need and throw away the rest....
