Hi!

 

just to add to this theme. Early this year the major meeting of planets took

place in Aries, my 12th. This was also a major successive transit by Sat and Jup

over my Sun, Mars and Uranus, all more or less in conjunction. I had just

relocated to a very different location, had problems but also many pleasant

surprises.

 

Now Sat and Jup are dancing back and forth over my ascending degree in Taurus.

Sat was stationary over this and went retro. Jupiter will be stationary there

and go fwd. Incidentally this is Dasji´s MC!!!

 

How am I feeling? Sometimes terribly depressed, terribly frustrated. Whatever I

try to do seems to go wrong or at least temporarily frustrated. My car was

broken into by stupid youth criminals, I was "crippled" for a week, had medium

expenses. I am not ill, but have no energy, feel as if I were 100 years old.

Recently I have written a lot on the list: MY ONLY ACTIVITY!!! I have so much

else to do, but I find no motivation to do it. Piles of letters etc need filing,

but I just don´t do it! Kitchen a mess, windows need cleaning, clothes need

ironing, but I am apathic.

 

I have given up. This kind of transit can happen only once in 60 years, one can

almost say only once in life - if at all!: the dance itself can happen, but

exactly over the ascendant? Or MC? Now I just pray and hope that the 25th of

January 2001 will bring a change. Saturn will once more run over the ascendant,

but he should be kind to Taurus (?)

 

Chart or no chart, life is possible only with hope!

 

Yudhishtira was asked was was the most woderful thing he knew. He answered, "

Thousands of soldiers are gathered here to go into battle. They know that only a

handful will survive. Yet each one is ready to fight, believing that he will be

one of this handful!"

 

Today is the Christian festival of Repentance and Prayer. Let us pray that we

learn from our trials, pray for insight, ask for the love of God who came as

Krishna and Christ, by giving Him ours! This year is the last year of the

millennium, for the next one really nbegins on 1. Jan. 2001. Let us all try to

bury all our hatchets - in a manner that we do not find them again! Make peace

with all BY FORCE! Call them, say you are sorry, beg for friendship. Two days

ago I had a long conversation with my worst enemy, my ex-wife. She had done

everything she could to ruin and discredit me, even spoken in court accusing me

of using black magic! For 14 years I had to defend myself against her, but also

show that I bore her no ill-will. Then came a period of truce. After our

recent talk she called my daughter to say she had spoken with me and that it was

"just great!" I am glad that this axe is now rotting somewhere and will never

be used again. A thorough materialist had been converted: perhaps others had

helped, but I had certainly contributed!

 

Every christmas i am deeply moved, as also during easter. I am here in the

former Communist Germany for about a year. Religion had been banned or frowned

upon, the churches were empty. The Tyranny of the regime had two faces: it

provided a minimum of comfort for ALL, there were no beggars. Riches were not

widespread, reserved for a few TOP EQUALS! There was no freedom of speech or

thought. But I find the people very human, caring, aware of each others´needs.

These virtues are absent in the Germany that was "free"! Shakespeare said,

"Sweet are the uses of adversity!" There is a local doctor. I had to go to him.

He is a typical village/country doctor, who takes time to get into a personal

contact with each patient. He feels himself responsible for the health of the

village! We talked about many things, my origin etc. He then said, "Christus,

Krishna... is that a mere coincidence that the names sound similar? No, it is

the vibration of God!" Imagine a doctor in an ex-communist coumtry saying this

to a patient!.... Meanwhile I have found here Theosophists, anthropsophists,

Buddhists, Rosicrucianns, followers of Sai Baba, Ammachi, Meera! All more

intensive than during 35 years in Free Germany!

 

Why am I writing all this? Perhaps saturn compels me to stop thinking of work,

for he is Karaka for work and service. Perhaps he wants me to speak out what my

Rahu in Capricorn, my 9th, wants to say: unorthodox, but needed. For me too

Christ and Krishna are identical. As Krishna He taught the philosophy, but the

common people could not put it into practice. As Krishna he did not "suffer"

with MAN, but was always Guru - with distance. One could always say, "You are

God and don´t suffer. It is easy for you to preach, but we suffer and your words

are only words! We have the pain, the hunger and our death is often cruel!" But

as Christ He came again, to show how the teaching of the Gita could be practiced

- and suffered all the things that MAN has to suffer. he was not born poor, but

gave away what he had, lived on alms, shared his life with the downtrodden,

suffered false accusation and crucifiction. A Guru, who did not teach from

safety, but one showed how to live according to the principle. He was also

practical. He preached peace, but when it came to driving out the merchants from

the temple, he resorted to violence! What he taught was Viveka. Sama, dhana,

bheda, danda! Show your other cheek, but if that does not help, then fight ....

if you think you are right!

 

Let us await and celebrate the "official" birthday of the Avatar Jesus Christ

appropriately, by thinking of Him!

PS.: It is amazing how little "christians" understand the Gospels. Here a small

test for all Christian members. Read the parable of the "Good Samaritan" and

tell me - on the list or directly, who the "neighbour" was.
