I know that Daniken is not an idiot, otherwise he would not have made lots of

money from his books. I also believe in Devas and their presence in many

dimensions. According to the vedas, we live in a multi-dimensional universe and

have devas, manushas and rakshasas. I like his books and his controversial

thinking because it helps people to think, but i think that sometimes he goes

too far as saying that everything has an explanation from beings from other

planets in our own dimension. I give more credit to humans on this planet than

he does. Of course, devas, manushas and rakshasas from other planets and

dimensions used to come more often in vedic times but somehow, in Kali yuga is

more difficult. Nevertheless they are hovering around some of them are bad &

some are good. I have read Charroux as well.

First of all Mani, please accept my apologies if any of my godbrothers or

"godcousins" have shown any anti-social behaviour. And please tell your sister

to forgive any wrong doings by them, it is so difficult to break with nasty

habits and prejudices I am not "allergic" to any Gods, how do we expect to

become a good servant of the Lord if we do not have any respect for His creation

or His children?. I got the instructions from my Gurus to go to every house

which is open to me and to behave like a gentleman. As astrologer, i am invited

to many places and houses and i always try to help people according to their

needs, be astrological or spiritual. I go to any place of worship when invited

and i always respect any dress, colour, belief or custom. I always thank them

for their hospitality. We are living in a multi-racial, multi-cultural and

multi-religion society and we should adapt to everyone. When you detect any

wrong on anybody, please think that everyone of us have both a good and a bad

side. When the bad side takes over because of immaturity, the influence of the

bad gunas, or by being tactless, it is just temporary. Correction will come

either in this life or in the next until we become perfect. But please think

that everyone has a good side as well and i am sure that those HK devotees that

you mention are very good Sankirtan dancers. If you join them while dancing to

please the Lord, they are second to none. Hare Krishna.

 

Next, regarding speculation, i did not dismiss your thoughts as mere

speculation.

Tlaloc is the Lord of the rains for the Aztecs so Indra. The description of

their personalities is the same and therefore Tlaloc and Indra are the same

person. It is just like the Sun being known as Soleil in French, Sol in Spanish

and Sun in English. Although 3 different languages from 3 different cultures,

the 3 are describing the same object.

Probably means speculation. We are supposed to follow instructors and not our

mental concotion.

 

As you can see you said "the name "Siva" probably started from the Linga at the

Oasis of Siva in Libya (Egypt)". The Siva Lingam used to be worshipped all

around the world the same as Our Mother, but to say that "probably started" it

is speculation because we could say as well that the name of Siva originated in

India and gave the name to that place that you have mentioned.

 

And regarding my disapproval of your "lack" of sampradaya! I found this from

our interesting correspondence.

that you was coming from a sampradaya as you can see it in the next lines.

Alcyone is the Krittika nakshatra and it has as symbol a flame and the regent is

Agni, the demigod in charge of fire. Among the Arabs is Al Wasat, the Central

One; among the Babylonians is Temmenu, the Foundation Stone; and among the

Aztecs and Mayas is the star of Fire Making. For the Mayas and Aztecs, Alcyone

was the indicator of their beginning of a new cycle of 52 years.

Now i find that Mani is Subramanyan. In Colombia there is a city called Mani

and i think that among the Mayas there is also a Mani, i am going to enquire.

In Mexican slang mani means brother. Hermano = brother; mano = brother in

slang; manito = little brother; mani is the same.
