Dear members of the list

I have been travelling a lot and meeting lots of people with Moon in Pisces.

Many of them are still sorting out the effects of sade sati which ended for them

officially on 6 June 2000.

Below i am posting some of my observations for natives of Pisces (Pisces Janma

Rasi, or for those that do not know in this list, natives having the Moon in

Pisces, unlike in western astrology where the Sun sign is more important than

the Moon sign).

We have more than 300 members in this list and we are likely to have about 25

members with their Moon in Pisces. I hope that this observation helps to

clarify their condition.

>From 7 September to 25 October 2000, Mars is going to be in transit across Leo.

>From this sign, Mars has been casting an eye on your Moon in Pisces. This means

that Mars during this particular transit, has been giving you the courage that

you did not have during your sade sati. It seems to me that because Pisces being

a water sign, it has been too emotional rather than practical in coping with

business of the heart. Some of the effects of sade sati for Pisces people were

too deep in their emotional department and they just withdraw themselves in

order to avoid being hurt. Because of their refusal in confronting the emotional

energies coming to them Pisceans did only postponed their lesson, which sooner

or later had to be dealt with. Mother nature gave us our present bodies for us

to learn certain lessons, and when we refuse to deal with those lessons then

mother nature can force us in situations which will ask from us to be

responsible.

When Mars is going to transit Virgo between 25 October 2000 and 13 December

2000, Piscean people are likely to become more practical and active rather than

evasive and passive.

Then we have that Saturn has been retrograde since 12 September 2000. Although

officially, sade sati ended for Pisceans on 6 June 2000, the retrogradation of

Saturn towards Pisces, is triggering certain situations which are not

necessarily comfortable for your mind. The 12th sign of the zodiac, Pisces

indicates among other things, renunciation and liberation. One of the tricks of

the mind is to think that by renouncing our responsibilities, we do not have to

pay karma and therefore, we will achieve freedom or liberation from some burdens

of life. However, renunciation is only higher than exploitation, exploitation of

our environment and from a higher level we are able to see that such a

renunciation is only delaying our lessons of life.

Higher than renunciation is dedication. We are suppose to dedicate our energies

in the service of higher levels of consciousness in order to move forwards.

When we put ourselves in the mood of renunciation, we become intoxicated by a

false sense of security, and from that position we see everything in a different

colour, the colour in which we want to see everything. Unfortunately, that

colour may be false and all what we do is to create illusions in our heart. In

that condition, even our desires become illusion. "I want that, i want this, and

i have to have it in my own way otherwise i will not have anything else". With

that attitude we only call for trouble because we are not the controllers.

Eventually we may open our eyes and see that we have been following some

illusion which was satisfying our false sense of security, but reallity is

different and we have been missing it for miles. That is the call of mother

nature, go back to your prescribed duties which can be found within yourself and

accept what is coming to you just like we accept the weather.

Eventually, you will start to see things as they are and get what you have been

missing.

Just imagine having a bottle with oils of different color and weight. When you

agitate the bottle, the oils will mix together and you have to wait a while for

the oils to go back to the same stable position. During sade sati, the gunas

(modes of nature) become agitated and mixed, bringing confusion. After sade

sati, those gunas become more stable until Saturn goes retrograde causing those

gunas to mix again but not as bad as during sade sati.

Once Saturn goes in direct motion again on 8 February 2001, the gunas will go

back to "normal" again and you will be able to see things in a better

perspective. Meanwhile, do not close the doors and keep yourself inside. Go

out and confront life with the help of Mars casting an eye on your Moon sign.

Nothing has been lost, only a transformation has appeared in front of your eyes.

Reality is better than illusion.

I hope that these lines are helpful to understand your present position.

Some feed back from you to the list will be appreciated.

Yours, Natabara Das
