Guest guest
Wendy Just wanted to tell you that the use of parallax moon with Houck ayanasma is giving good preliminary results in rectification work, while the NP moon does not seem to work when you go down to 3 levels of periods.Do you do much rectification? Guest guest
Wendy, Houck's ayanamsa is almost identical to Krishnamurti, only about 20 seconds difference,so it comes out the same either way in most cases. Also the krishnamurti mehtod of dasha analysis using nakshatra dispositorships seems to be useful in rectification also.Having the detailed knowledge of exact dates is helpful,as you noted. Guest guest
Hi Dave, Yes! when the native is known to me and I'm aware of the facts of life there is need often of slight rectification. With extremely questionable birth times then it's anyone's guess. I think the question of which ayanamsha to use is an extremely important one and I wish more research would be done on it. I've not looked at the Houck ayanamsha at all so can't really comment on that. Have you looked at your charts using krishnamurti. Would be interested to see what kind of accuracy you have with that.
