But just on the information you gave there are some obvious indications. There are three houses to consider in such matters: 2nd, 6th, and 12th. The 2nd shows "partaking of wrong food or drink". The 3rd shows our "Vices", and the 12th is concerned with "intoxicating substances". The native in question has Lagnesh SU conjunct 2nd lord SA and 6th lord ME in the 4th house of general happiness and contentment. Moreover these planets are associated with Rahu, the hedonistic, compulsive planet. This combination suggests that the native's happiness may be marred by the very fact that he/she seeks happiness from wrong food/drink/vices. Moon in 12th gives an emotional attachment to altered states of consciousness which some experience through meditative practices and others experience through intoxicating substances. MN is well placed in 12th and is very good therefore for meditation. However much depends on other factors which can't be seen with the information available.
