About 10-15 years ago she had attempted to immigrate, but she had lot of difficulties in the US. It became financially and otherwise quite hard to manage. Plus she had to go back to take care of her mother in India who was not well. (Mother suffers from slight mental health problems and has diabetes). She is trying to immigrate to the US now. Somehow there are problems in the process. Will she be able to settle in the US with her mother? or is it advisable to stay back in India?
