Muhurtha Yogas

Dear List members,

 

There are several types of Yogas in electional astrology which bring

benefic of malefic results.

My question is how to understand the day & tithi or the day &

nakshatra yogas.

 

Should the certain combination stay at the moment of the muhurtha, or

should should it stay at the moment of the sunrise.

 

For example we want to catch the yoga arising from 14. tithi on

Tuesday. Sunrise is at 8.00, but the 14. tithi starts at 9.00. The

question is: Will this yoga operate at 10.00 , or not? (Ie at 10.00

there is the 14. tithi and Tuesday together, but on the same day at

sunrise this was not true.)

Dear Bak Janos,

 

Your understanding is correct. The specific yoga would operate only when the

specific tithi combines with the specific week day or nakshatra.
