RAHU/KETU-Another question

Kindly please tell me what to expect/results when-

Rahu is transiting over Ketu in Gemini/ Ketu over Rahu in SAg.?Is it

called nodal return?

I read on another post that the nodes can get cancellation of

debilitation...where is this documented.???What do you think?
