I'm a student Vedic astrologer and am working on a chart of an acquaintance

of mine...could someone help me with how to interpret the 8th lord's effect

on the 3rd house?

Here are some particulars:

Capricorn Ascendant

Sun (8th lord) in Pisces

Venus (5th/10th lord) in Pisces

Born into Sun/Rahu (Rahu in 12th in Sag)

Parivartana yoga between Jupiter & Venus (Jupiter in Taurus)

My question is: what effect does the 8th house ruler have on the 3rd house

and the ruler of both the 5th and 10th houses?

Death/chronic ailment of a younger sibling?

"Death" of a child or the career?

Considering she ran the Sun's dasha until age three, I didn't think this

yoga would have such dire consequences for her career or child!

If anyone needs it, the birth info is:

3/19/1954

Berlin, Germany

4:45 am

Can anyone help? I have a tendency to see only the positive stuff, and I'd

like to look a little deeper.

Thanks!

According to sripathi, Sun moves to the second house. So we should

consider Bhava results accordingly.

The third house has Venus exalted. Sun is not really conjunct with

it. They are more than 8 degrees apart.

The presence of Venus strengthens the third house. It is however

slightly detrimental to the houses Venus owns, the third being

Dushtana.

Sun in the second house-as I see it- will cause some eye troubles

and/or debt being the eighth lord.
