Guest guest
Dear Manu >Papakartari yoga is a planetary combination when we have bad planets in >either side of a house. You wrote, <<One small doubt, does this hold true if the papagrahas are aspecting both the sides of a house or if the house has pap graha on one side and apspect of other pap graha on the other side , will these cases be considered as papkartari Yogas ?>> A good question Manu. Technically, those combinations mentioned by you are not considered papakartari yogas. Papakartari implies a bad pair of scissors. In my experience when observing transits, when a sign either empty or with planets is subjected to the influence of papakartari and/or aspect by a planet from the opposite sign, the native is affected by stress or worst, depending on the planets or houses affected. And when a papakartari yoga is in a horoscope, the person encounters serious conflicts in life every time that such a sign becomes affected by planets in transit. The more the planets involved in a horoscope in a particular yoga and in transit, the more the fun. What do you mean by fun is it not painful? Well, it depends how you see it. The other day i ask a similar question to a friend that was involved in a street fight and he ended with 2 broken ribs, broken nose, a black eye and a broken hand. I asked why he was laughing, it was not painful?, Yes, he answer, but you should have seen the other guy, he ended worst than me. We are on the plane of sukha - dukha, pleasure & pain. What is pleasure for some may be pain for others, all depends who is paying more karma and the way we see things according to our nature. The aspect mentioned by you implies planets in the 6th and/or 8th from a house. This give rise to other yogas. For example, Duryoga, when 10th lord is in either 6th, 8th or 12th from either Moon or ascendant. Daridra, when 11th lord is in either 6th, 8th or 12th from either Moon or ascendant. In general, when papa planets are in 6th & 8th houses, the native's intentions are not good. yours, Natabara Das
