Dear list

For those members that do not know the terms of gochara and papakartari:

Gochara means the transit or motion of the planets in the sky. With gochara

we can study the triggering effects from the planets in the sky over our

ascendant or planets in our charts. The faster the planets (like the Moon)

the less the effect on us, and the slower the planet (like Pluto), the deeper

the effects on our life. The closer the planets in gochara over our planets,

the closer the effects will be felt.

Papakartari yoga is a planetary combination when we have bad planets in

either side of a house. Papa means bad or sinful and kartari means a pair of

scisors. Papa planets are the Sun, Mars, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu and Mercury

when associated with papa planets and the Moon when close to the Sun. You

can see more details in "Graha & Bhava Balas" of BV Raman. For example,

Swami Yogananda has Venus in Scorpio in the 4th house and under papakartari

yoga made by Ketu in Libra and The Sun & Mercury in Sagittarius. Papakartari

yoga brings lots of preassure to the individual and to the significations of

the planet affected.

In the opposite line, we have subhakartari yoga, where subha means good.

Subha planets are Venus, Jupiter, Mercury alone in a sign and strong Moon.

The results are good trends for the native and significations of the planet

affected.

Sometimes we experience that our body does something, our mind thinks in a

different way and our intellect tell us that it is odd. All this happening

at the same time. We think that we are the controllers but when the payment

of karma is overdue, mother Durga (mother nature) force us to pay. And if we

refuse, we will pay sooner or later, because she is wisher than us and she

knows what is better for us. That is way sometimes we become confuse by our

own activities.
