Guest guest
Dear members of the list The present planetary pattern is somehow causing drastic changes in many people. My "patients", "clients" and friends are asking what is going on? I am sure that you as astrologers are having a similar experience in your own circles. An astrologer friend of mine ask me the same and this is my reply. Your question is very interesting, i myself have being meditating about the present situation and i come across few causes. Although after June the 6 we have Saturn and Jupiter in Taurus, we can see some disturbances causes by 1 Three eclipses in the axis Cancer-Capricorn, the last in 18 years in that axis, affecting people with planets in that axis. 2 After sade sati it takes about 6 months for people to recover from their past experience. For Capricorn and Virgo after having Saturn in transit over their 4th and 8th houses, they will need about 3 months. For Aries, there is an obvious transition from worst to mild and therefore some confusion for them. And for Taurus people they are confronting the lessons displayed by the great teacher Sani. 3 Look at Saturn aspecting Cancer and Mars in conjunction with Rahu. Thank goodness that Rahu came out of Cancer but Mars is going to travel in that sign for another 6 weeks. This pattern is causing havoc to people that have more than 2 planets in Cancer, especially to those that have Cancer affected by Saturn and Mars either by position, aspect or even papakartari yoga. When a malefic pattern repeats in gochara as in rasi, the natives have the chance to pay some karma by either repentance (intention in the heart) or by doing something to end the bitterness in their hearts. For example, if i hate someone for any reason, that hate is causing bitterness in my heart and therefore i cannot see my path properly. When the planets come back in a certain pattern, i have the chance to put things right, to see that life is short and that hate does not give me any positive rewards. And if i am sincere in my repentance, Paramatma will give me the light to see how fool i am and i will pray to put things right. If i miss this present pattern and decide to continue in my campaign of hate, the planets (our teachers) will understand that i am not ready for evolution because my heart is still polluted. What is the point of chanting mantras if we do not want to clean our heart? The Gayatri mantra works miracles in our heart and cleanse our bad habits of thought but still we have to see that our soul (represented by the Sun) is only a witness gathering knowledge either for good or for bad depending which game we want to play. Do i want to play the role of a goodie or a baddy or an ugly? It is up-to me to control my hate, my lust, my envy etc, otherwise my own bad nature is going to betray me. Do i want to miss this present pattern to rectify my path? Love is the answer, lets give love in thought, words and deeds. Lets pray for everyone to see that the time has come for self-analysis. Self analysis comes at the time of death, when it is too late in many cases, so lets take this opportunity when we are still kicking and have a time to think about our own welfare. Guest guest
Dear Karen, Your question is very interesting in the sense that human beings have been led to believe that whatever religion one is born in, it is superior than other religions. And as an example if I may say that Christians believe that Jesus was the only Son of God and condemn all other religions of the World.A few days ago I happened to listen to a Father on some network where he was saying that Americans do not Pray with devotion. He was telling about his journey to a Temple in Japan where he saw a woman praying with folded hands looking high above at the open Sky and mumbling something with passsion, sincerety and devotion as if she was talking to someone- maybe God. " Maybe the wrong GOD, but with right devotion and sincerety. In America I find the opposite. Maybe the RIGHT GOD but wrong devotion....." As a viewer of a different faith it didn't make any sense because if you say GOD in both things then how can He be wrong or right.Similar instances can be found in Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism etc. etc. What I wish to impress is that we are made to believe that a particular faith is THE PATH.Fanaticism is good only to a point but it should not condemn others. Condemnation is not love-- love that all Messiahs have preached is the supreme power to realize the Infinite. Coming to your question all that be said is that as said in the Scriptures of Sikhism, a faith born out of Hinduism, is that all Existence has come from one Light and none should decide who is right or wrong. In similar note it may be said that there must have been some reason to be born a Christian, Muslim, Jew, Hindu family. And every religious leader has performed Divine miracles. So let us find inour own religions what good is there. Any devotional Japa ( recitaion ) with concentration has the power to make things happen. After all we are speaking in our own languages to that Supreme Power which we believe exists. I personally think that U can use the Rosary to speak to God In your language as I can in Punjabi the language of the Sikhs. With love and peace. Guest guest
Dear Natabara, I wouldn't agree with you more about these planetary combinations. Having Capricorn rising and mercury and sun in Cancer. I have definitely having a bumpy ride to say the least. I am very happy that the nodes left my 1/7 axis and am looking forward to having mars leave as well. I am grateful that you could offer a positive spin to all of this and I'd like to learn what I can from these difficult times. Since Ketu is exalted now, and I have Ketu in the 12th in Sag, I think this would be a great time to step up my meditation practice. Being American and raised Christian, mantra is not very familiar to me. I fully acknowlegde the Oneness of God and all religious traditions and think that karma/reincarnation is an imporatant part that was removed from the Judeo-Christian tradition. I suppose you could say praying the Rosary is like japa. My question for you, or any other learned person, is spiritually would I be better of chanting the Gayatri etc in a language that means nothing to me or praying Christian prayers sincerely like reciting Rosary-- Our Fathers/Hail Mary's. If it was my fate/karma to be born Christian, why should I abandon the religion of my parents. This question has been on my mind for quite some time and i'd be grateful for some insight. Best Wishes, Karen
