They were within $2,000 of agreeing on a price. She knew Mercury was retrograde so she decided to wait, and now a much more interesting property has turned up that has exactly everything she needs. She would have had to spend around $10,000 - 20,000 or more to build these items on the 1st property. It is twice the acreage (which she needs) and the price is about what she wanted to offer for the other property.
