She is vrischik lagna with VENUS atmakarak in 8th house. Yet it is true that her virgo-kanya axis is very afflicted, But VENUS ATMAKARAK in 8th house? Sure HIT for the disease! The placement in D-9 is important for a disease from birth. Check the placement of Venus in the 6th or 8th in Navamsa. Also the placement of Venus in the 8th does show affliction of the Jala Tatwa in the chart. this can mean diabetes or any other urinary disease. Check the position of Jupiter and Mercury and see if Mars has something to say.
