Ketu in 4th house

Dear Neneji,

There are so many similarities here that it can not be due to mere

coincidence, so I will share this with the list. I too have Ketu in the

4th house ( and this of course gives Rahu in the 10th with many ups and

downs in career), along with Mars, Venus, and Mercury all in the 4th (

Born August 24, 1953, 10:10 PM IST, Calcutta, India). I finished BE in

India and left in 1977 for Germany, UK and the US. A name like Gautam

Sarkar caused confusion in Europe and USA. Over here many Indians change

their names to make it easy for the natives, but I did not, so it is

quite common for me to have it misspelled or mispronounced on a daily

basis.Every day I have to repeat or spell my name over and over again.

I was interested in occult studies (palmistry and spiritualism) when I

was young, and much later graduated into the study of astrology.

I have completed two masters degrees in America, but had all kinds of

complications and unexpected delays in my studies, often due to my own

carelessness. For example, towards the end of my MBA studies I fell ill

and could not take the Intermediate Accounting II final exam, so I got

an F. My intention was to repeat it during the summer course, which was

canceled as there were not enough students. During the regular semester,

the days the course was held was changed, so in the end, I was unable to

repeat it. The result is, whenever I have to show my transcripts, I have

to explain why I got the F, and by that time no one looks at the As I

got, but remembers the F! I am now working for the government too.
