Guest guest
respect to the information being sent and received on this list, the consciousness from which and to which it flows, its incarnation and manifestation. i recently joined the list after downloading Goravani Jyotish 2.2.2 (demo), and am currently a undertaking to learn the theory and practice of astrology. quite honestly, i am at the moment researching the fundamentals of the different paths and schools, for i am coming from a theosophical background and would like to acquire a fluency that would allow me to syncretize and convert between the various traditions. thus far, i have focused upon, or been drawn to, the faculty of astrological studies in london, hoary, jyotish and mayan calendrics. the two main issues of preoccupation, today, are the fundamental conflicts between working with the tropical zodiac and sidereal, and working with the 13 peace moon calendar vs. the 584,285 correlation favored in the academic circles. thus, said i will invite any of the list members to comment on these issues, and also to suggest methodologies and resources for the introductory student. as a final point of introduction, i will include my birth numbers and give thanks once again to the high level of discussion on the list. jeffrey scott kapalabhrt born: may 12th, 1970 (1:49 PM) Akron, OH (US): 41n05, 81w31
