You and I are God Brothers you know, as Srila Sridhar Maharaj is also my Diksa Guru. Your words flow into my ears easily without resistance or review. So nice to read you. Thanks for your kind words. Srila Prabhupada and ISKCON were/are my Saviors, and Sridhar Maharaj also my Savior in troubled times I went through when our collective Western Anarthas began to trouble the foundation of ISKCON in the early 80's. Always good to have lots of protectors, teachers and well wishers. ALthough Prabhupada had his own ways, which were strong, and he set up his movement separately, still many of us "souls" who came to his movement needed Sridhar Maharaj in troubled times. No faults on either side. Just reality. Peace to you. I have never been offended. I have been unhappy, but that's not your fault. When I'm unhappy, I do things I regret. I'm so human. I have been wanting certain things in life for awhile, and I have felt EXTREMELY lonely for a long time. This is not yours or anybodys fault, and I shouldn't complain, as I have a great life in most ways, and compared to many, I have been blessed. So complaining is dumb, but I've done it, along with some other dumb things, even up to and including in the present moments. I am not liberated, but rather human. I do so appreciate your forgiveness of my errors, and also others'. Last night I prayed to Krishna for help, and He answered my prayers. I find whenever I am really desperate, and cry out in strong need, He responds through His devotees. I am blessed. Guest guest Posted July 9, 2000 Report Share Posted July 9, 2000 Indeed I can attest to the divine intervention of souls who cry out lovingly in need. God does not unrespond. It is miraculous. I feel great disturbances at times. But God has never failed to come to me and personally minister unto me because I opened the door and commanded a miracle. More people need to have faith and do these things. If a few more did it the world would swiftly become a different place. I keep thinking that if I indeed did such things more how much different things would be for me. I need to be stronger and be more in control of myself and never indulge any opportunity for self-pity and the demons of self-condemnation. When I manage to do these things with God all my pains, tears, and worries are swept away. I am where I am supposed to be, just feeling different. I am not really forsaken. I am just being emotionally immature and faithless about things. So tonight again I have raised my complaints mightily and a peace beyond words has descended. I move clearly on my path. My complaints might even have some temporal justification. In the larger scheme, however, I am in a good way as I always was. When we dare to raise up the spiritual spine all manner of misfortunes and troubles seem to come upon us. But we must not fall back. It is only the literal fury of the world coming right at us, jealous for us, pushing/pulling us back down. God as the great Master allows such things because therein is formed the diamonds of stellar worth in us, truly a treasure for the world.
