Continuing the ongoing discussion on Tropical Vs Sidereal Zodiac, let me put

some points here.

 

I once said on the list, use the two zodiacs and then decide for yourself.

Thats the best way of selecting or rejecting what is appropriate.

 

Few inputs.

 

When we work out the horoscope using the traditional method (ghati pal,

palbha and using char khand etc.) we use the moveable zodiac only but then

make angular correction and convert sayana into nirayana and then use only

the nirayana chart.
