Hello,

Has anybody done research on twins ?

Is it possible to see in the Rasi or divisional charts that one is a twin ?

Best regards

Margarita

Regarding twins

i have read for only two sets of twins. It is challenging as an astrologer to

distinguish the events between them.

Do any of you have experience to share?

[GJ] TWINS

Dear Jane

you wrote

<<How is it possible for twins to be born at the same time?>>

and Arthur

<<If two babies are born in a hospital at exactly the same location and

atexactly the same time, what would be the difference in their charts?>>

According to vedic astrology, the real external birth time is when the umbilical

cord is severed from the body of the mother.

The time of birth of conception, or when the soul penetrates the egg, is more

difficult to calculate.

It is possible for twins to be born at the same time, when the nurses just write

down on a piece of paper the time of birth to justify a burocratic demand.

Otherwise, i have doubts about the same time of birth.

It is possible but rare.

The earth "pulsates" and every 4 minutes gives birth to an idea, plant, fish, animal, human etc.

Therefore, in the time of conception of twins, a 4 minutes lapse should be

allowed. And in the time of external birth, i doubt that the umbilical cords

can be cut both at the same time.

There are twins that although separated at birth follow identical destiny like

marrying to a girl that has the same name as the other or having the same

amount of children and on similar dates, and so on.

For these similar events we can follow up the divisional charts which can have

similar ascendants, but from Nadi astrology, a sign of 30° is divided into 150

parts of 12' of arc each = 1800' or 30°.

Then, each of this vargas or divisions of 12' can be further divided in half.

I have read that in some cases of twins, if one of them is born with the rising

sign in side A of a particular nadi, he is destined to become a doctor. And if

the other twin is born with the rising sign in B side, the person is destined to

become a butcher.

That is the difference to study with the help of the tools given by Vedic astrology.

Someone in the west has "invented" the so-called "harmonics" of western

astrology, based on the teachings giving by the shodasavarga system of vedic

astrology but "forgot" to give the credits to vedic astrology.

I have to say that i have doubts that harmonics can work because those

sub-divisions base their calculations on the tropical sky.

Best wishes
