Moreover the second chart shows affliction to Lagna more and Lagna Lord also. 12th lord in Lagna with Deb Rahu and Ketu is not a good combo for good health as mentioned by native. Cancellation of debility is there hence i have mentioned malefic Saturn`s aspect on the LL not the debility of LL. If the native`s health is good then it corresponds more to the other chart rather than second one. Mercury MD and Mercury AD would have been prominent for health issues being a marak in the second chart.
