It runs all the way from side of neck all the way to arm join on shoulders & it also pains in the vertebra where neck ends & back/ shoulders starts. It has been quite a while, may be 6 weeks that I am suffering from this problem. Please suggest medicine / asana that I can do to get some pain relief. I would seriously evaluate the above factors before even thinking about taking any medicine.
