I cannot be exposed to cold water , no cold food items. It becomes worse i winter.. I donno whether you have any treatments in ayurveda for this.. If you have so plzz advise .. Take Lakshmi vilas ras Vati 2 tablet three times in a day. (Available form Zandu and Dabar Pharmacy) 2. Put 1 drop of warm (Very light warm) in nose and appliy externaly on nose at night.
