Dear Vishal,

Thanks for sharing your experience with group.

Loh Bhasma is often taken with honey to increase effectiveness.

Since honey that you use is only for coating the vessel surface,

quantity is not large. It is going to dissolve some active iron as

well as trifla. The "Bhedak" property of trifla, i.e. separation

of "Pitta"(blood impurities) should be useful in this case. After

overnight reaction, honey no longer remains pure honey, so a little

warm water should make no difference and on the other hand, warm

water will make medicine more bio-available.

Since you claim that it works, raising doubts about warm water is

irrelevant. A grain of experience is better than a ton of books!

What this author did not understand is after giving detailed

procedure, your statement that this remedy is easy to digest but

should be attempted under supervision of Physician. The botany

professor who suggested this remedy, is he a physican? Hope you will

explain further. Ayurvedists should simplify everything.

keep it overnight. In morning add 40-50 ml warm water in it to

collect the whole honey and take it with empty stomach. It will give

only chelated iron and it is easy to digest.

taste of preparation of metallic so take this fact into consideration.
