Dear Holistic Healers,

Herein below are two instances as a first instalment

of wonderful experiences got at a free demo-cum-cure

session held at the residence of Dr. Leo Rebello at

Kandivli (East), Mumbai on the fateful day of May 1,

2006. Holistic Healer S. M. Acharya gave the demo.

Out of several patients suffering from various aches

and pains and other health complications, here are

just two cases of self-healing through naturopathy:

1. Mr. Michael John Jesudas of Vasai (W), Mumbai tried

the simple self-cure exercises for about 5 to 7

minutes under guidance of Acharya and wrote down his

experience in his own words as follows:

"I, Michael John staying in Vasai (West) had pain in

my back. It was a catch which I had for seven years.

But when I came here, I felt relief and the pain went

away. I am thankful to the doctor who conducted this

free camp for helpless people who cannot afford costly

treatments. May God bless their children and their

family for ever.

"I had pain for 7 years and Mr. Acharya showed me the

real reason within a moment when I tried to get up

after doing the exercises for a few minutes. The

cervical (neck and shoulder pain) was essentially due

to the wrong method of my getting up from the bed"

2. The second case of Mrs. Manju Mehta of Viceroy

Park, Thakur Village, Kandivli (East). In her own

words, she wrote:

"Since many years, I have been doing meditation every

day but today I experienced the real meditation after

doing these simple exercises shown by S. M. Acharya".

Both these persons were also having back pain that had

vanished while what they wrote was the additional

wonderful side-benefits they got by practicing

naturopathic self-cure as compared to the debilitating

side effects of most allopathic drugs and medicines.

After Mrs. Mehta's experience, Mr. Acharya also

related a similar experience of a disciple of Osho

Commune (such Osho disciples are generally known as

Swamies) and who belonged to Israel and had visited

Mr. Acharya for learning the self-cure for his chronic

back pain. He too was pleasantly surprised while doing

the same exercises exclaiming loudly, "Instant

Meditation".

After a few months, he started helping other patients

suffering from back pain in his native country Israel

after leaving the Commune at Pune. He even phoned Mr.

Acharya from Israel for confirming the exercises

describing them one by one on the phone to check up

their sequence.

It goes without saying that if more and more persons

learn the simple yogic exercises for stretching and

rejuvenating the spine as per full details given at

www.atbsnr.com ; the ever expanding scourge of back

pain can be controlled and ultimately eliminated from

the globe to make human life more beautiful and

enjoyable.

Besides, as per feedback received from patients (see

the link on Patient Feedback at the above-mentioned

website), these exercises improve total health and

wellness, both physical and mental, nay, spiritual

too, so that one can enjoy the fullness of life better

than ever before; Amen.
